On the back of what PhilipSEO recently posted, is there a view on the use of lists in navigation.

Would it be better practise to use a HTML list for your navigation element or simply stylise some flat content?

My thinking is the bullet list, but what do others think? Or is the difference negligable?

I don't think it matters if you use bullet lists or not.
