Hi everyone! I am new to this forum, and I just wanted to put up the usual first-post stuff, I am happy to be part of this online community and excited to exchange ideas with you guys.

Just as a random conversation starter, what is your favorite meal to make at home from scratch?

This might sound silly, but its all in an effort to meet people, get the conversation going and find awesome homemade meal ideas lol.

I am a decent cook, in the way that I can cook to taste or follow a recipe, but I hate something that takes a long time or a ton of prep work - naturally I would like a meal to be nutritious, delicious, inexpensive and easy to make. I better get a private chef huh? Lol, oh well, your meals/recipes will still be quite appreciated!

Maybe someday that chef will have to learn to make mac & cheese your way! Lol
