3-4%, but that's just my experience.

Its 3-4% . You have to maintain this optimum level. If you have lesser amount you will loose ranking. But if you have higher amount you will be ban by Google for keyword stuffing.

Base on my research, the optimum value for keyword density is 5-7%.

I like to share that keyword density is important in SEO (search engine optimization)...... However, the range must be about 3-4% of keyword density.........
