i would like some help im not well at scripting

so i was kinda looking for a script that can give info from mods from a site that i mod

i need it to be like a new page like when u click the tag it goes to another page sharing info about the mods 1 by 1 but all on the same page
like this site has

I'm pretty sure you can find a plugin for that if you visit the web site of your forum software.
