My mane is andrena markley and I am working on two mobile related sites. For last two months I am facing some problem regarding ranking and supplemental results.

The domain of the sites are “add it now” (.co.uk)
“3 contract mobile phones” (.co.uk)
* remove the spaces

The first site used to rank very good on google but now it is now where in google. The latest PR update has given 3 – 4 PR for most of the static pages but there no change in ranking.

The second site is ranking for general words such as “ mobiles, phones, mobile phones” but it is not ranking for handset specific keywords.
These two sites are part of white label business.

Can anyone put some light on the above mentioned problem.

SEO is unfortunately really tricky since the search engines change the ranking ways all the time to make it harder to cheat the system. I've seen sites with lower PR rank higher in the search results then pages with higher PR. So if I where you I wouldn't worry that much about the pagerank.

absolutly right its not all to do with pr of the site it helps but also its about content, keywords and good links.

Google does not give higher value for PR. Google says it is one of 100 of factor Google consider. So I dont think we can compare PR with SERP.

Agreed. Google says that they consider 200 factors to determine SERP. PR is just 1 out of 200.

Please tell me in brief about those 200 factors, I want to know about it.

Having a PR that is means Google give you a high rank in SERP's. Now, we can buy links to have a PR but Google does not like buying links. To have a high rank in Google SERP's, get more quality backlinks.

Google confirms that PR is not highly related to search position. There are around 200 factors Google consider for Google position.

There are different reason due to which ranking is not affecting........ For ranking improvement you must do effective link building by content submission, blogs posting, forums posting, social networking, social bookmarking etc......... After doing that you will surely get improved ranking..........
